EVENTS FOR 2007

I HAVE LISTED THE SHOWS THAT WE ARE DOING THIS YEAR. I HAVE ALSO HIGHLIGHTED WHEN I NEED TO KNOW BY. IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU THEN I ASSUME YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT PARTICULAR EVENT.

I AM TRYING TO ORGANISE AHEAD BECAUSE IT IS QUITE TIME CONSUMING WHEN ARRANGING THIS SORT OF THING OUT.

WE HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME LAST YEAR WHEN IT CAME TO CLUB CAMPING ETC. LETS MAKE IT EVEN BETTER THIS YEAR.

Volksworld - Sunday 25th March - Arranging a cruise leaving at 8am. www.volksworld.com

VW's @ MHS - Saturday 14th April - Arranging a cruise leaving at 8.00am and club stand. www.vwsatmhs.org.uk

COST - £4.00 PER ADULT, FREE FOR KIDS UNDER 11

Big Bang - Saturday 28th to Sunday 29th April - We are going to go for weekend on this and arrange club camping. Let me know if you want to go. Booking now need to know by 9th March 07 before 12 midday. www.big-bang.co.uk

Deva Dubs and Rods - 8th to 10th June - We are going for weekend on this. Let me know if you want to go. No need to pre book but I do have to arrange a club plot so let me know by 30th March 07 by midday. www.devadubshow.co.uk

Vanfest - Friday 7th - 9th September - We are going for weekend and arranging club camping. Again a fantastic weekend. Let me know. Need to sort out numbers for this as I know this is currently being sorted out now even though the sale of tickets are not open yet. I need to know numbers so I can get back to them with an approx number. Please advise by 30th March 07 by midday. www.vanfest.org

IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER SHOWS IN THE YEAR WHICH YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO BUT I HAVE NOT MENTIONED LET ME KNOW.

PLEASE EMAIL ME WHICH EVENTS YOU WANT TO ATTEND SO THAT I CAN SORT OUT ON A SPREADSHEET WHO IS DOING WHAT. EVENTS LIKE BUGJAM YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED AS MANY PASSES FOR CLUB CAMPING AS THERE ARE PEOPLE BOOKING BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE SHOW SO IF YOU DON’T BOOK THROUGH ME, THEN YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO COME INTO CLUB CAMPING.
